How many pieces do I need to order?
Minimum is 100 pieces per colour per style. You can split sizes however you like within that — for example 20 small, 40 medium, 30 large, 10 XL all count as one order of 100.
What sizes do you make?
XS to 10XL for most products. We cut both regular and ladies sizing. School uniforms follow standard school sizing charts.
What fabrics do you carry?
Cotton, Dri-Fit polyester, cotton-polyester blends, and speciality fabrics for hi-vis and formal shirts. If you have a specific weight or composition in mind, let us know.
Can you put our logo on the garments?
Yes. We do embroidery, screen printing, digital printing and sublimation — all in our own factory. Send us your logo file and we will tell you which method works best for your design.
How long does production take?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks once you have approved the artwork. If you are in a hurry, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We ship regularly to Singapore, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, UAE and the UK. We prepare all the export paperwork.
Can I see the garment before I commit to a full order?
Yes, and we encourage it. We can send you a physical sample first — usually within 5 to 7 working days. No commitment needed at that stage.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer in MYR, SGD, AUD or USD. International orders require a 50% deposit before we start production.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Yes. Give us the Pantone reference or send a fabric swatch and we will match it before cutting any fabric.
Do you do labelling and packaging?
Yes. Custom woven labels, hangtags, printed care labels, polybag packaging — tell us what you need when you enquire.
